Armored Supply Co. items are hand-forged in my private studio in Texas.

All items in my shop are handcrafted upon purchase, unless otherwise stated. Most items pictured are the first of each design I create. Each piece is unique and may have slight differences than example pictured, which makes each piece just that much more special!

**** I cannot guarantee any order by any certain date due to my order production wait time. I make each item at the time it is ordered. Most items in my shop are not ready-to-ship and are not made prior to ordering, unless specified in the listing. I make each item by hand and am a one-person business. That is why the wait time is a bit long. The handmade jewelry making process is a long one and requires several steps. This is what gives each piece its uniqueness!

NOTICE::: Due to the quickly changing precious metal prices, I can only guarantee price quotes on custom items for 48 hours! Please understand that I always keep my prices as affordable as possible. However, the prices for silver and gold have skyrocketed since the pandemic hit and continue to go up.

I'm sorry but I can no longer accept cancellations! Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. So please be sure of your order before it is placed!

I don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details:
I take great time and care in making every single piece I sell. I strive to make sure each of my customers are satisfied with their purchase. Due to the fact that every single item I offer is custom made at the time an order is placed, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, I will offer exchanges/repairs if a mistake was made on my part such as wrong ring size, bezel size, or wrong finish.
***NOTE: If a mistake has been made on my part, the customer must contact me via email regarding exchanges within ONE day of the tracking showing the package as being delivered. Please email me at info@armoredsupply.com
Otherwise, exchanges/replacements cannot be made.

If customer provides wrong information (such as a wrong ring size) and needs the item resized, I may be able to resize the item (repair fee applies). For example: If customer orders a ring and orders the wrong ring size and wants it resized, the customer will have to pay an additional fee to Armored Supply Co to resize since the mistake was made on the customer's part. Please contact Armored Supply Co to get specific resizing fee pricing.
*Price for resizing fees will depend on the item. Some items can't be resized due to the process of how they are made and must be remade, so the price for certain resizing will be full price*

NOTE: Armored Supply Co will NOT be held responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or stolen during transit. Once the package leaves my hands, I have absolutely no control over it. Customer will have to contact the United States Postal Service to ask about any possible reimbursement on their part. USPS can be contacted at 1-800-275-8777. Adding shipping insurance when purchasing your order is greatly encouraged.
